Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Stock Controller to join our team at Balenciaga Netherlands B.V. as a key member of the back of house team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the efficient and effective management of merchandise flow, ensuring stockroom organization, and collaborating with the store management and sales team to facilitate the presentation of best sellers and new collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process new stock and store supplies in a timely manner
- Ensure stockroom organization in line with Balenciaga standards
- Monitor and execute shop floor replenishment throughout each day
- Collaborate with the store management and sales team to facilitate product presentation
- Support the Stock Manager/Store Manager in completing regular inventory counts
- Monitor loss-prevention and stock discrepancies
- Build relationships with other Balenciaga store teams to facilitate product transfers
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role or a role with transferable skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
- Equal capacity to work in a team and independently
- Strong administration and computer skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fluency in English
