Project Lead for BioPharma Projects in Belgium

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our BioPharma projects in Belgium. As a key member of our site project engineering team, you will be responsible for managing key site investment projects from concept through to handover.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver capital projects safely, on budget, and to schedule.
  • Plan, execute, and track the progress of projects through the design phases from inception to handover.
  • Ensure key deliverables adhere to client standards.
  • Propose options and effectively communicate with Management/Client/Stakeholders.
  • Establish project objectives aligned with project requirements and ensure goals & timelines are achieved.
  • Prioritize robust plans and strategies to manage the project lifespan.
  • Communicate project issues to the team and leverage the right skill sets to implement best solutions on time and within budget.
  • Provide direction and vision to the project team.
  • Foster effective communication between the team, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Report to management on project/schedule/cost issues.
  • Maintain adherence to the client's quality and engineering standards.
  • Develop and implement an appropriate project execution strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in project management.
  • Proven experience in Pharmaceutical/BioPharma Projects.
  • Full lifecycle project management expertise.
  • Cost control and scheduling skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects within a GMP environment.
  • Thorough understanding of engineering principles, concepts, industry practices, and standards.
  • Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English languages.
