Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Global Communications Advisor CRO to join our team. This role will play a critical part in shaping our internal communications strategy and ensuring that our 2500 colleagues within the Chief Risk Office (CRO) domain are connected, informed, and engaged.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop effective communication strategies and plans in collaboration with departments
  • Create compelling storylines and ensure consistent execution of messaging
  • Provide strategic advice to senior management and support activities such as event organization, video production, and content creation
Requirements
  • Completed HBO/WO education in Communication or a related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in complex business environments
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
Benefits
  • Gross monthly salary between EUR 4,292 and EUR 6,131 (scale 09) for a 36 hour week
  • Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance
  • 11% Employee Benefit Budget
  • EUR 1,400 development budget per year
  • Hybrid working: balance between home and office work (possible for most roles)
  • Pension with adjustable personal contribution
