As an Office & Executive Assistant at Dak Coffee Roasters, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team to stay connected and operate efficiently in a multi-cultural and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate office administration, including organizing documents and attending to logistics
  2. Support with HR, payroll, and team onboarding processes
  3. Manage calendars, coordinate global travel, and organize meetings
  4. Create the company year calendar and align with executive teams

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Fluency in Dutch is a plus.

This is a fixed-term, full-time contract with the possibility of extension.
