About the Role

Greenberg Nielsen is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations team. As an Assistant Accounting Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial administration within the company.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Dutch administration and accounting, including associated tax obligations;
  • Support month-end and year-end closings, financial statements, and tax filings;
  • Act as the first point of contact within the team and work closely with the Accounting Manager;
  • Contribute to the optimization of financial processes and improve efficiency;
  • Manage and review general ledger accounts in collaboration with the Financial Controller;
  • Record and manage fixed assets in the LN database;
  • Prepare and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings;
  • Prepare and review tax filings (including VAT) for the Netherlands;
  • Oversee administration and accounting in the Netherlands, ensuring compliance with local regulations;
  • Assist with CBS reports and cash reconciliations;
  • Handle ad hoc financial matters.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced finance professional who has:

  • A completed bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Business Administration;
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Knowledge and experience in financial closings and financial statement processes;
  • Experience with Dutch accounting and tax regulations.
