We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Development Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team.

As a key member of our software development team, you will design and implement software from concepts to introduction in the factory.

Our software development process takes place in an agile environment where the SAFe framework is applied.

You will participate in sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, and sprint planning.

Together with the product owner, the scrum master, and the development team members, you will be involved in refining the backlog.

Our team is responsible for the full software development cycle of new features, product improvement, and maintenance.

The ideal candidate for this position enjoys working in a multi-disciplinary technical environment to address sophisticated technical problems.

The successful candidate possesses a combination of education and experience, including:

  • BSc or MSc in computer science, software engineering, system engineering, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of applicable experience in a multidisciplinary high-tech development environment.
  • Experience following software development methodologies such as Scrum Agile and SAFe.
  • Knowledge of interoperability between different programming languages.
  • Team spirit and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • You dare to take initiative and are curious and fast learning.

Qualified candidates should have experience programming using the following languages and techniques:

  • Proficient in programming using C++ and Python, including modern standards like C++17 or newer.
  • Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming concepts.
  • Experience with Microservices and Docker.
