About the Role

As a Front of House Trainee, you will be part of our Front Desk & Navigator team, providing warm welcomes and personalized experiences for our guests. You will work closely with other departments to anticipate and deliver on our guests' needs, ensuring a unique and memorable stay.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a warm and personalized welcome
  • Assist guests with their luggage and valet parking when necessary
  • Collaborate with other departments to create unique experiences for our guests
