At ROCKWOOL Group, we're seeking a dynamic Sales Excellence Manager to drive our market responsiveness to new heights. As a key member of our team, you'll be at the forefront of commercial decision-making, equipped with the latest market insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a global sales excellence strategy to enhance commercial performance.
  • Promote and train desired commercial behavior and standard global approach across countries.
  • Optimize our Microsoft Dynamics CRM to streamline account management and lead management.
  • Partner with Sales Managers to support local businesses with data-driven insights and enhance CRM use and account manager adoption.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and dashboards to evaluate and improve sales activities.
  • Lead customer experience programs to ensure loyal and satisfied customers.
  • Develop a customer orientation/service excellence culture amongst employees.
  • Lead initiatives to refine sales processes and implement new tools and systems that drive sales excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal customers and stakeholders.
About the Role:

As Sales Excellence Manager, you'll work in a self-managing and independent position where analysis and advice are central. You'll do this from our office in Roermond, but with a strong international character. Within this position, you'll report to the Finance Director and have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues nearby.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with Advanced Microsoft Dynamics (CRM), Sharepoint, and SAP-SD.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, both oral and written, in English and Dutch and preferably in other languages.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and able to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.

A one-year contract which will be converted to a permanent contract on good performance.
