Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Capital Business Partner to join our team at Guidehouse. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our global organization, with a focus on employee engagement, performance management, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Partnering
    • Act as a trusted advisor to local management and employees on all HR-related matters.
    • Collaborate with the Works Council to advance the implementation of global and country company policies, systems, and tools.
  • HR Operational Excellence
    • Manage and coordinate local HR administration and payroll requirements.
    • Improve the efficiency of HR-related services and policies.
    • Analyze trends and metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Employee Engagement
    • Drive positive change to support the demands of our growing global and local organization.
    • Support Inclusion and Diversity activities.
  • Performance Management
    • Support managers and employees throughout the annual performance management cycle.
    • Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances.
Requirements
  • 5 years of relevant experience in HR generalist roles.
  • Solid HR generalist experience, with business partnering experience.
  • Thorough background in HR processes impacting the Employee lifecycle.
  • Solid basic knowledge of individual and collaborative labor law.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Positive-minded and looking to contribute to a great team atmosphere.
  • Strong command of the English and Dutch language.
  • Positive 'will do' attitude.
