E-commerce Manager

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to join our team at Bugaboo. As a key member of our digital strategy team, you will be responsible for delivering the digital strategy and managing the end-to-end daily operations of the.com channel in the Cluster.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Cluster in meeting sales and financial KPIs
- Execute the trading strategy
- Manage all trade reporting sales and digital KPIs
- Produce periodic reports and reviews of trading periods and events
- Plan and maintain budget, sales, and stock forecasts
- Use data analysis to identify and prioritize major sales drivers and highlight deficiencies such as availability or other metrics
- Stock Availability – high accuracy in forecasting working with the SIOP (Sales Inventory & Operations), and Head of Trade to ensure sufficient stock to support product plan and customer demand
- Work in conjunction with the Digital Marketing and Marketing Teams to support digital marketing opportunities and plans to drive Bugaboo DTC
- Collaboratively work with the Digital Content and Merchandising Specialist to deliver commercially focused and trade-responsive DTC proposition across.com
- Take ownership of and be the driving force within the Cluster/Digital Team for assigned projects and key initiatives
- Proven experience of working with stock planning, logistics, and operations
- Proven experience working in Digital/E-commerce
- Solid knowledge in CRM, digital, and content-led marketing
- Excellent Microsoft Office and analytical skills including digital analytics (preferably GA4)
- Business/marketing degree or equivalent (preferred)
- High level of competence and confidence using Excel
- Strong commercial awareness and proven financial analysis skills and champions the use of data
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Agile thinker with ability to respond to change at pace
- Passionate about E-commerce and Digital/marketing degree or equivalent (preferred)
