Je rol
De COO is een nieuwe functie binnen ABN AMRO, die in het leven is geroepen om de bankbrede strategie-uitvoering te versterken en de bedrijfsvoering centraal aan te sturen. De organisatie zal bestaan uit 7 afdelingen. De COO is eindverantwoordelijk voor het ontwerp, de implementatie en centralisatie van (data gedreven) processen en operaties en voor de uitvoering van de strategie. Dit geldt ook voor de processen die binnen de verschillende klantunits worden geïmplementeerd, en de aansturing en afhandeling van klantverzoeken, business process management, end-to-end procesdigitalisering, privacy management en bankbrede enableling.
Werkomgeving
Je signaleert mogelijke operationele risico's en adviseert en challengt het management pro-actief over maatregelen om de risico's te beheersen. Het team zal zich in eerste bezig houden met onderstaande taken:
- Faciliteren van het Management Team COO bij het waarborgen van haar License to Operate.
- Opstellen van het NFR Risk Report & House in Order Report.
- Coördineren en indien nodig bijstellen van het Risk Control Framework, waaronder Monitoring of Controls & Testing (MC&T), Issue Management & Action Tracking (IMAT) en ELCA (Entity Level Controls)
- Coördineren en ondersteunen van de uitvoering van Risk Instrumenten zoals Systematic Integrity Risk Analysis (SIRA), Strategic Risk Assessments (SRA) Change Risk Assessments (CRA), Risk Event Management (REM) etc
- Aansturen van de respons op geïdentificeerde issues uit bijvoorbeeld (externe) audits, SREP en OSI findings
- Inzicht geven in en leveren van subject matter expertise op risk types die relevant zijn voor COO.
- Voorbereiding en opvolging van acties van risk comités, bijvoorbeeld BRC.
Daarnaast deel je actief jouw inhoudelijke kennis en vaardigheden met het team, binnen de afdeling én binnen COO. Bovendien verbind je collega's en teams, zowel binnen als buiten de afdeling. Je bent betrokken bij de ontwikkeling van het team en geeft het goede voorbeeld als het gaat om feedback geven en ontvangen, verantwoordelijkheid nemen en open communicatie. Ten slotte zie jij het vergroten van het eigenaarschap van het team als een leuke uitdaging.

Je profiel
Je bent gericht op het vinden van mogelijke risico's en onderneemt actie om de impact ervan binnen het werkgebied te monitoren. Je brengt je persoonlijke mening duidelijk naar voren en onderbouwt deze met argumenten.
Je hebt meer dan 5 jaar werkervaring in het werkgebied van eerste lijns risicomanagement.
