About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team at ABN AMRO Bank. As a key member of our Operational Risk Management team, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks that could impact our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess operational risks, and develop mitigation plans to address these risks.
- Provide risk management guidance and support to business units to ensure effective risk management practices.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of risk management policies, procedures, and standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operational risk management, with a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to operational risk management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
