We are seeking an experienced Risk Management Specialist to join our team at ABN AMRO Bank. As a key member of our Risk Management department, you will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that impact our business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess risks, and develop mitigation plans.
- Provide risk management guidance and support to business units and departments.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in risk management, preferably in a financial institution.
- Strong knowledge of risk management principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
