Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team at ABN AMRO Bank. As a Risk Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in our capital and financial planning process, working closely with internal stakeholders to foster continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain stress testing models to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate climate and environmental risk into our stress testing framework
- Communicate stress test results to senior risk committees and the Executive Board
- Contribute to the redevelopment of stress testing models and processes
- University degree with 3-5 years of work experience in risk management or a related field
- Knowledge of risk regulatory frameworks, including CRR/CRD and EBA Guidelines on Institutions' Stress Testing
- Experience with programming languages such as SAS, SQL, Python, or R
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
