Inside Sales Specialist

Regal Rexnord seeks a highly motivated and skilled Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for working closely with customers to deliver exceptional sales and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify sales opportunities and utilize a team-based selling approach to meet defined sales goals.
  • Understand and practice strategic and partnership building skills to increase customer base.
  • Maximize new business and marketing opportunities.
  • Embrace industry practices and appropriate business tools to drive results.
  • Generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Successfully turn new leads into regular customers.

Qualifications:

Experience and Skill Required:

  • College degree or 3-5 years of business-related experiences required.
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technologies, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Distribution; or other technical-based degree preferred.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory. Additional languages such as German, Italian, or French are a plus.
  • Solid sales and communication skills are essential for success.
  • Previous customer and sales experiences in a manufacturing or technical industry are beneficial.
  • Strong technical and mechanical aptitude with the ability to work in a team environment is preferred.
  • Above average interpersonal and influence capabilities with a focus on time management are also preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer skills with Microsoft and Windows is necessary.
