We're looking for a highly skilled professional to support our Service and Repair operations. As a Senior EHS Specialist, you'll be responsible for implementing EHS policies, programs, and systems to comply with local regulations and company policies. Your expertise will help us maintain a safe and healthy work environment for our employees.

A Day in the Life
You'll monitor workplace safety risks and environmental impacts through observation of work processes, equipment, and employee habits. Your focus will be on diverse areas, including machine and electrical safety, ionizing and nonionizing radiation safety, biological and chemical safety.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements
  • Developing, administering, and implementing environmental, health, and safety programs
  • Assessing workplace risks, including electrical, mechanical, chemical, biological agents, fire, radiation, PPE, manual handling, and ergonomics
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and defining control measures to mitigate risks
  • Performing incident investigations and root cause analysis
  • Creating and providing employee training and awareness on EHS matters
  • Collating and reporting EHS metrics and KPIs to leadership
  • Facilitating EHS engagement and communication

Requirements
We're looking for a highly skilled professional with:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, including engineering, chemistry, industrial hygiene, and/or safety
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant EHS experience
  • Machine and electrical safety knowledge
  • Fluent written and spoken English language
  • Experience in planning, coordinating, communicating, influencing, achieving milestones, and resolving issues
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional and global environment and cultural awareness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
