**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Lead to join our team at Applied Medical. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall health of our ServiceNow environment, overseeing license usage, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design and implement scalable solutions in ServiceNow, using standard methodologies and patterns to address prioritized IT and business needs.
  • Contribute to design discussions and decisions to ensure we are creating the best solutions for our business.
  • Proactively monitor supported business processes and functionality, seeking continual process improvement in accordance with ITIL best practices.
  • Actively participate in training the team on new functionality to reduce siloed expertise and increase cross-functionality.
  • Mentor and guide the team on standards and design practices, ensuring compliance with those standards and practices.
  • Advise the business on maximizing the value of ServiceNow for the business.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 1 year of ServiceNow System Administration/Development experience.
  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator (Implementation Specialist Certification a plus).
  • Experience with ITSM processes and implementing ServiceNow processes and functions.
  • Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, Angular JS, Web Services, JavaScript, etc.).
  • Experience in one or more of the following: REST API integrations, custom application development, Workflows, Flows.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
