Solution Architect Architect the future of data at Rabobank—design scalable solutions that protect society from financial economic crime and empower teams to turn complexity into clarity. You & your role Shape the data landscape by designing robust, future‑ready architectures and providing technical leadership across the Sub Area Data. As Solution Architect, you drive innovation, ensure data is accessible and secure, and collaborate with squads to deliver impactful solutions that support Rabobank’s mission. You work closely with the FEC Data Layer team, GenAI squad, and Data Management team to align technology with business needs and regulatory requirements. Examples from practice Design end‑to‑end architectures for new initiatives, ensuring scalability and compliance with data privacy regulations. Help evolve the architectural blueprint that ensures FEC data is accessible, reliable, and secure for advanced analytics and regulatory compliance. Integrate Generative AI capabilities into FEC solutions, enabling advanced analytics and innovation. Support the Data Management team in aligning data governance and quality standards across complex environments. Facts & figures 36–40 hours per week. You serve 8,000 colleagues with FEC Data Products. 49,000+ Rabobank colleagues worldwide. Top 3 Responsibilities Design and integrate solution architectures for complex data environments, ensuring scalability, security, and future‑readiness across new and existing applications. Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, guiding squads and stakeholders from ideation to deployment and support.
