Met als doel onze dienstverlening te verbreden en hiermee naadloos aan te kunnen sluiten op de behoeften van de ZIGT klanten in algemene zin. Een innovator met sterke sales skills, overtuigingskracht en inspirerend leiderschap.ZIGT Design & Technology ontwerpt, ontwikkelt en optimaliseert een divers palet aan creatieve digitale middelen voor onze klanten. Op die manier bouwen we samen aan effectieve communicatie voor merken, diensten en organisaties. Onze klanten kunnen bij Design & Techonlogy terecht voor o.a. Display advertising, social advertising, UX-design en development. Wat ga je doen?Je gaat werken voor en met een breed uitdagend klantenportfolio. Het is jouw eindverantwoordelijkheid om dit portfolio verder uit te breiden en de bestaande groei ambitie voor Design & Technology te realiseren of zelfs te overstijgen. Je signaleert kansen op het gebied van new business, cross-sell en upsell. In deze rol ben jij P&L eindverantwoordelijk voor Design & Technology binnen ZIGT. Je geeft leiding aan een team van 14 collega's bestaande uit creatives en developers.Jij functioneert voor hen als coach, challenget hen op hun persoonlijke doelen, declarabiliteit en klantgerichte werkwijze. Als Managing Director Design & Technology ben je eindeverantwoordelijk voor de strategische visieontwikkeling van dit cluster en lever je een actieve bijdrage aan het stimuleren van kennisontwikkeling binnen jouw eigen team en ZIGT breed.
