Our core expertise lies in 3D vision and graphics technologies which we deploy in a dual-use context for inspection and defence. This role will focus mainly on the defence context where we are developing software for advanced on-board UAV situational awareness in military applications. Our solutions are aimed to operate with low-cost and widely available sensors and compute. From there, we plan to develop a line-up of interconnected solutions to safeguard European safety. Our team consists of people who are passionate about the technology and solutions they develop. The only time most of us are not thinking about the technology is when we are asleep, and sometimes even then. Our team members have a background in different fields such as Aerospace Engineering, Computational Science and Engineering, Robotics and Computer Graphics. Our office is located in the Aerospace Innovation Hub, a start-up hub located on the TU Delft campus in the faculty of Aerospace Engineering. We work closely with top-tier partners, ranging from government agencies and prime contractors to academic research institutes and other start-ups. Our projects span from large tender orders in collaboration with partners to low TRL research with government agencies. Whether through formal R&D programs or rapid prototyping tracks, we operate at the intersection of innovation and deployment. Your role As our Office Manager , you’ll be the backbone of our day-to-day operations and an essential support for our growing team. You’ll make sure the office runs smoothly, our people are well-supported, and the right systems are in place to keep things organized and efficient. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-energy environment and enjoys variety, from welcoming new hires and organizing company events to sourcing the right equipment and keeping our workspace humming. You’ll work closely with our leadership and engineering teams to create an environment where everyone can focus on what they do best: building world-class technology that helps safeguard European safety. You’ll bring structure and calm to a fast-moving start-up, take ownership of a wide range of operational tasks, and help us continue building a great place to work. Your responsibilities will include HR support & onboarding Support recruitment efforts by conducting pre-screenings, coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and keeping track of open roles Prepare and organize employment agreements and relevant HR documentation Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new team members, from their first day setup to introductions and training schedules Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files and HR records Help implement HR best practices as the team grows Procurement & inventory management Source and order everything the team needs, from office supplies and furniture to technical equipment Track deliveries and coordinate repairs, returns, warranties, and replacements Keep an up-to-date overview of inventory, equipment allocation, and software licenses Implement a simple check-in/check-out system for high-value equipment Office management Oversee the daily operations of our office, ensuring it’s a well-functioning and welcoming space Manage office supplies, maintenance requests, and workspace organization Coordinate with the building owner on facility and access matters Support team logistics such as meeting schedules, events, and travel arrangements Take ownership of keeping the office atmosphere positive, professional, organised and efficient Administrative coordination Prepare and maintain internal documentation, records, and templates Support contract preparation for hires, customers, and partners (together with our legal advisor) Assist with planning and scheduling internal meetings, workshops, and events for Leadership What we expect from you Relevant experience in office management, HR coordination, or operations in a start-up or tech environment Fluency in English (spoken and written); Dutch is a plus Excellent organizational skills : You enjoy structure, planning, and making things run efficiently Proactive and hands-on : You take initiative, spot what needs doing, and make it happen Detail-oriented and trustworthy : You handle sensitive information with care and precision Strong communicator : You’re approachable, clear, and professional in your communication Available 5 days per week and able to work primarily from our Delft office What we offer Money of course 25 vacation days per year Reimbursed travel expenses and company laptop (Really) flexible working hours Working in an international, world-class team of engineers and entrepreneurs solving real-life problems with amazing technology Large freedom in how you work and implement solutions, ownership is incredibly important to us Responsibility over the things you implement, you are the expert on what you build The application procedure If after reading the above you are convinced you are the right person for the job, click on apply and fill out the application form; be sure to upload your resume, and any other source you see as relevant, as long as we get a clear impression of your background and skills.
