At Eventic our events go through the Sales, Project Management and Execution phase. Project Management is all about creating what sales sells into reality by sourcing, keeping track of deadlines and making sure all elements come together on the day itself. We also put high emphasis on creating the best customer journey throughout this phase. We like to say it becomes much more clear how we work and what defines our culture by looking at our core values: Proactive Communication Top Notch Service Creativity/Creative Problem Solving (Cultural) Adaptation Teamwork Role Summary: Lead, mentor and develop our Project Management Team once a project is confirmed Develop event strategy, planning and flawless delivery Take ownership of budget, project plan, client satisfaction Partly responsible for event quality and event execution - work closely with our Production team to assure this on site Improve processes, methods and best practices on how we can provide even better service and events Work closely with Sales & Creative and know when to involve them Be present at key events to assure quality and relationship with our clients (national and international) Make sure Eventic works with the best suppliers in the market Build strong relationships with clients, partners and suppliers Work more hands‑on on project management tasks if the situation requires so Oversee planning, logistics, safety and deadlines of our PM team About you: Minimum 5+ years experience in events or related field Agency experience is a must Experience with corporate events and international productions 3+ years management experience. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
