Head Barista – Cheesecake Project

We are looking for a talented, proactive, and quality-driven Head Barista to join our team at Cheesecake Project. This role is ideal for someone passionate about coffee, customer experience, and team development.

Main Responsibilities

✓ Guarantee the consistency and quality of all beverages served across our two stores

✓ Train, guide, and supervise baristas, ensuring high standards in preparation, service, and hygiene

✓ Develop and implement beverage training protocols and standard recipes

✓ Create and launch a new drink menu for the spring-summer season

✓ Introduce seasonal beverages, with a specific focus on new iced drinks

✓ Ensure product availability and communicate any needs to management

✓ Conduct regular quality checks and store visits

✓ Act as point of reference for beverage-related improvements and innovation
