Vlak voor het introductiemoment van een nieuwe auto op de markt, hebben monteurs en technici productinformatie en voldoende vaardigheden nodig. Zo zijn zij in staat om de beste service te verlenen. Jij zet jouw deskundigheid op het gebied van autotechniek in tijdens de ontwikkeling van trainingsmaterialen. Deze materialen en leermiddelen realiseer jij in nauwe samenwerking met de klant. Dit betekent dat je een paar keer per jaar afreist naar de fabrieken in het buitenland. Je dagelijkse werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
aan de hand van brondocumentatie de trainingsstructuur en vorm bepalen. het ontwikkelen van theoretische uitleg en praktijkopdrachten. kennisoverdracht aan landen-trainers via een Train-The-Trainer event. het bewaken van de kwaliteit van technische trainingen."Het allermooiste aan mijn vak is dat ik constant met nieuwe technieken te maken heb, zowel op productvlak als op het gebied van didactiek; wij ontwikkelen de materie die voor een grote groep mensen bedoeld is."

Innovam is hét opleidings- en trainingsinstituut van Nederland binnen de automotive branche. Sinds 1948 ondersteunen we praktijkgericht vakmensen in een leven lang leren, ontwikkelen, groeien en meebewegen in een veranderende wereld. Met ruim 70 jaar ervaring, 230 medewerkers en 4 locaties hebben we alles in huis om die doelstelling waar te maken. Samen met onze klanten zorgen we voor een zo hoog mogelijk rendement als het gaat om opleiden, leren, ontwikkelen en valideren. Met de inzet van e-learning, training apps, augmented en virtual reality neemt Innovam alvast een voorschot op de digitale toekomst.
Jij werkt zelfstandig, maar bent onderdeel van een team van 10 specialisten binnen het Team OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). In jouw zelforganiserende rol werk je in kleine projectgroepjes van 2 of 3 personen. Zo'n 70% werk je vanuit huis; de andere 30% bevind jij je of op het hoofdkantoor in Nieuwegein, of ben je onderweg in het buitenland voor meetings met onze klanten of het verzorgen van een Train-The-Trainer evenement. Dit breng je mee
Informatie vergaren en dit omzetten in een 'blended' pakket trainingsmaterialen; dat vereist de nodige skills. Je bent in staat om leerdoelen op te stellen en deze op basis van de verschillende didactische methoden om te zetten in een passende set trainingsmaterialen. Jij beschikt naast kwaliteiten op het gebied van trainingsontwikkeling ook over trainerskwaliteiten. Je kunt goed plannen wat ook nodig is aangezien je met tijdsverschillen te maken krijgt. Daarnaast ben je analytisch, sociaal, betrokken en leergierig. Verder heb je:
een afgeronde (auto)technische hbo-opleiding. minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met werkzaamheden op het gebied van didactiek en autotechniek. Bijvoorbeeld als docent autotechniek, technisch trainer autotechniek of training ontwikkelaar autotechniek. een didactische achtergrond gecombineerd met autotechnische kennis die je omzet in het gewenste pakket trainingsmaterialen. uitstekende didactische en bij voorkeur ook communicatieve vaardigheden. een uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal (schrijven en spreken). Ben je niet zeker of je Engelse taalvaardigheden voldoende zijn? Geen zorgen, wij helpen je daarbij en zullen er extra aandacht aan besteden als je bij ons komt werken. ruime ervaring met MS Office en Articulate Storyline.Dit kun je van ons verwachten
