What you'll do as a Project Manager Manufacturing

We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for managing PMO projects with a focus on Manufacturing in order to realise ViCentra's strategic goals. You'll lead project from initiation phase to implementation in production and or the market. Ensure they are delivered within the set baselines on scope, schedule and costs. You report to the PMO Lead and work together in a team with other Project Managers.

Key responsibilities


• Lead project from initiation phase to implementation in production and or the market. Ensure they are delivered within the set baselines on scope, schedule and costs.


• Develop project scope involving all relevant stakeholders across the company.


• Support the PMO project roadmap by creating initial project charters.


• Develop and manage project schedule and project budget.


• Ensure resource availability by creating and maintaining a resource planning and alignment with the involved departments.


• Collaborate with all departments across the company to ensure project success.


• Create a PMO project charter with the agreed baselines on scope, schedule and costs.


• Provide bi-weekly report on the project status and escalate to management if necessary.


• Perform project risk management to increase the chance of successful project delivery.


• Adjust project charter and schedule as needed in response to changes in scope, schedule, budget or resources.


• Support continues improvement of the PMO processes and tools.

Who are you


• You have a Bachelor's or Masters degree in engineering and a minimum of 7 years working experience, with 3 years' experience in managing multidisciplinary project teams as project manager or lead engineer. If this experience in a scale-up company that's a big pre.


• You have experience in a medical device company or other highly regulated environment.


• You have experience in projects related to manufacturing scaling and capacity increase (including sterilisation capacity).


• You have demonstrable experience in project proposal preparation, project scheduling, project budgeting, project risk management and relevant documentation / standards (e.g., ISO 13485 and 21CFR Part 820).


• Leadership skills, including communication, presentation and team motivation and team building.


• If you have a PMI PMP certification or equivalent is a preferred qualification.


• Experience primarily in projects with a process development, supply chain and / or cleanroom environment component in it, secondarily in projects with a product development and/or marketing component in it is also desirable.
