Seuss+ is a creative, collaborative, and trusted international consultancy that solves complex business challenges for life science clients.

We are looking for a key member of the team, to help life science organizations solve issues, maximize growth, and improve business performance under the supervision of a Project Lead and support of the Consulting Team.

The Consulting Team has several levels of Consultants, being:

Associate Consultant (who will act as Project Coordinator) Business Consultant Consulting Analyst Sr. Business Consultant (who will act as Project Leads) Sr. Consulting Analyst

Depending on the type of project, additional contractors will help on a project-by-project basis. These contractors might be coaches, GCP experts, Legal experts, or any other experts in Clinical research development, including Regulatory Affairs and CMC Development.

The types of projects we work on are either Life Sciences Consulting based, meaning that we support start-up Biotechs in selecting and managing their vendors for their clinical trial. The other type of projects are in the field of Organisational Development, where we help small to mid-sized Life Science companies that are going through a phase of change or a phase of growth.

As a Business Consultant you will support the team in planning, and managing consulting projects, ensuring clear communication and coordination. In addition, you will conduct analysis, and co-create impactful proposals for consulting projects. You lead parts of projects and manage the stakeholders in the team.

Utilize and Develop Your Skills in Consulting

The Business Consultant position is ideal for someone who thrives in a regularly changing environment. You are driven by working in an innovative and creative atmosphere and can generate ideas for a quick response. Your decision-making is focused on implementing practical, timely solutions. You are naturally curious and ask many questions to unravel the challenges that will need to be solved.It's your job to create output that support the way forward in the projects. You communicate with clients and support the Sr Business Consultant with creating valuable output, such as reports and proposal materials.
