Word onderdeel van de Corendon Familie als onze nieuwe Meeting and Events Associate

  • Jij controleert dat alles wat vermeld is op de BEO sheet, op tijd klaar is c.q. staat;

  • Jij bent de contactpersoon voor bedrijven en organisaties gedurende de tijd dat deze gebruik maken van de banqueting faciliteiten van het Corendon Village Hotel;

  • Jij draagt er zorg voor dat er gasttevredenheidsformulier wordt ingevuld door de gasten/bedrijven;

  • Jij controleert de facturen met de service waar voor getekend is, en controleert dit aan de hand van de BEO sheet;

  • Jij bezorgt de dag na het event het bestand aan de accountafdeling zodat deze zaken af kan ronden;

  • Jij controleert de BEO Sheets en informeert de andere afdelingen over eventuele bijzonderheden;

  • Jij controleert de vergaderruimtes of alles werkt (elektronische + andere apparatuur).

Acquisitie

Acquisitie naar aanleiding van deze vacature wordt niet op prijs gesteld.

Met deze vacature werven wij zelf onze nieuwe collega's. Commerciële telefoontjes van bemiddelingsbureaus naar de HR collega's van de hotels hebben daarom geen zin en worden ook niet in behandeling genomen.



Wie ben jij?

  • Flexibel inzetbaar, ook in de weekenden.

  • Creatief in het bedenken van oplossingen en zorg jij graag voor structuur.

  • Goed met het verwerken van cijfers.

  • Communicatief en administratief sterk.

  • Zowel mondeling als schriftelijk goed in Nederlands en Engels.

  • Ervaring in een dergelijke functie is een must.

  • Bij voorkeur iemand met een hotel achtergrond
