The Senior Financial Analyst provides financial support to Pine Chemical's finance director, by ensuring best-in-class financial processes and financial reporting is provided to key internal and external stakeholders; driving Kraton's ability to report reliable, timely and accurate information about the business; and partnering with identified stakeholders by providing steering information.
Key Responsibilities
Support in the preparation of monthly forecasts, quarterly board decks and annual budgets. Provide timely, relevant and accurate reporting & analysis of the results of the company's performance against historical, budgeted, forecasted results via statements, tables or visual graphs. Assist Pine Chemical Director, Corporate Finance in management of corporate financial forecasting model. Key contributor for preparation of quarterly Board of Director presentations. Key contributor for preparation of quarterly and annual public filings. Perform ad hoc reports and other analyses and special projects as requested.Required Skills
5 to 10 years of experience in finance and accounting required. Knowledge of accounting policies and practices. Excellent analytics, detailed oriented and ability to challenge by seeing the broader picture. Strong knowledge of MS Office applications advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment. SAP experience (FI/COPA/BI) preferred. Experience with BPC a plus. Strong financial analysis experience and cost accounting experience is preferred. Ability to work in a highly automated environment and pull data and translate it into meaningful steering information for internal clients. Effective communication skills – written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation with an emphasis in the English language. Solid judgment and decision-making skills. Experience working collaboratively within a matrix work environment and team structure across geographic boundaries.What we Offer
