Wat ga je doen

?

Als Contract Manager heb je bij Gemini een centrale rol in de organisatie en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het management van de vele grote en kleinere onderhoudscontracten (o.a. voor de 150 wind turbines en de 3 hoogspanningsstations), de verzekeringscontracten en alle documentatie en procedures op het gebied van contract management in onze organisatie.

In deze functie:

  • Ben je het aanspreekpunt binnen Gemini en richting onze onderhoudspartijen en dienstverleners voor alle contractuele zaken
  • Geef je ondersteuning en advies op gebied van contractuele onderwerpen richting collega's en management
  • Identificeer en escaleer je tijdig kritische onderwerpen op het gebied van contract management
  • Ben je verantwoordelijk voor het managen van Gemini's onderhoudspartijen en dienstverleners in samenwerking met de technisch/operationeel verantwoordelijke collega
  • Neem je de leiding in het voorbereiden en uitvoeren van tenders voor bestaande en nieuwe (onderhouds-)contracten
  • Ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, onderhandeling en uitvoering van alle Variation Orders, Purchase Orders, NDA's, Guarantees, Waivers, etc.
  • Zorg je voor een gedegen contractuele administratie, bewaak je contract compliance, en houd je de documentatie (standaard Terms & Conditions, templates voor Service Agreements en NDA's, etc.) up-to-date
  • Geef je leiding aan en zorg je voor de ontwikkeling van de jr. Contract Manager van Gemini
  • Ondersteun je en ben je de back-up voor de Legal Counsel van Gemini

Voor Gemini Windpark zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven, nauwkeurige en enthousiaste collega met sterke analytische en communicatieve eigenschappen op het gebied van contract management. Je bent uitstekend in staat om (juridische) risico's te identificeren, maar weet deze ook in perspectief te plaatsen, om zodoende de juiste balans te vinden in jouw advisering naar collega's en in contractuele discussies met onze onderhoudspartijen en dienstverleners.

  • Je beschikt over een relevante wo-opleiding 
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met contract management, bij voorkeur in de (wind)energie sector 
  • De internationale omgeving maakt het belangrijk dat je de Engelse taal uitstekend beheerst, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk

Waar ga je werken?

Het Gemini offshore windpark is met een totale capaciteit van 600 MW één van de grootste windparken ter wereld, zowel in omvang als productie. Gemini staat in het Nederlandse deel van de Noordzee op 85 kilometer uit de kust ten noorden van Nederland en is niet zichtbaar vanaf de kustlijn. Op deze locatie worden de hoogste en meest constante windsnelheden bereikt in de Noordzee. 

Gemini is gebouwd op twee dicht bij elkaar liggende locaties, daar is de naam (Gemini = tweeling) aan ontleend. De officiële namen van de locaties zijn Buitengaats en ZeeEnergie. Voornamelijk vanuit het kantoor in Amsterdam maar soms ook vanaf locatie in het noorden van het land zelf, vervult Gemini haar rol als operator van deze belangrijke en duurzame pijler van de Nederlandse energievoorziening.
