Are you ready to make an impact in a fast-moving, game-changing environment? Unilever International is looking for a Supply Chain End-to-End Market Lead to drive growth, optimize operations, and lead strategic initiatives across our European seeding markets.

As part of Unilever's global expansion engine, you'll work at the forefront of launching and scaling iconic brands into new territories. With speed, innovation, and an entrepreneurial mindset, you'll help shape the future of supply chain operations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the end-to-end supply chain strategy for your respective markets, ensuring seamless direct-to-retail (D2R) execution.
  • Lead supply planning efforts to optimize service, forecast accuracy, and on-time delivery.
  • Oversee sourcing, logistics, and customer operations to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Be the key contact for escalations, ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders across marketing, finance, logistics, and procurement.
  • Develop and implement risk assessments, ensuring every new product launch meets quality and safety standards.
  • Manage a team of two, inspiring collaboration and high performance.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or customer service.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into action.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Experience working in multi-functional, multi-cultural teams.
