Onze hotels bevinden zich tegenover elkaar op het Rembrandtplein, midden in het uitgaansgebied van Amsterdam. NH Amsterdam Schiller en NH Amsterdam Caransa zijn dan wel twee hotels, we werken in één team. Vooral NH Amsterdam Schiller heeft een rijke geschiedenis want meneer Schiller was zowel de oprichter van ons hotel als een kunstschilder. Hierdoor vind je in het hotel nog veel schilderijen die hij gemaakt heeft en er zijn veel authentieke details bewaard gebleven.
Onze hotels horen bij elkaar en je wordt in beide hotels ingezet. Dit zorgt voor veel afwisseling in je werk. Onze teams zijn heel hecht, waardoor je veel verschillende aspecten van het hotelwezen mee krijgt en kunt leren.

- Je hebt mínimaal 3 jaar ervaring in het leiding geven aan een team in een restaurant of hotel en je kan niet wachten om de Food & Beverage afdeling aan te sturen

- Je deelt graag jouw kennis op het gebied van gastronomie en service en je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.

Eten, wijn, cocktails, ontbijt, de beste koffie, gasten de tijd van hun leven bezorgen, een bijzondere wijn-spijs combinatie. Gaat je hart al sneller kloppen? Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de Food & Beverage afdeling en je bent onderdeel van het Management Team. Als Food & Beverage Manager evalueer en stimuleer je jouw team om het maximale uit het zichzelf te halen en zichzelf te ontwikkelen. Je identificeert en communiceert knelpunten en helpt deze op te lossen. Verder bewaak je de uitvoering van interne procedures en wetgevingen, bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van budget & planning en HACCP. Tenslotte onderhoud je een nauwe band met de gasten en ben je, indien nodig, aanspreekpunt bij complimenten en klachten.
