For **Lummus Technology Heat Transfer B.V.** in **The Hague/Netherlands** we are looking for a **Director Heat Exchangers (M/F/d)**at the earliest date possible.

**Job Overview**:
Managing business development and operations for HX product line in LHT BU, developing and implementing the HX strategy, collaborating with all Lummus BU’s, Managing the global HX team, Driving innovation and new product development, Hiring, developing and retaining personnel, and financial accountability.

This role reports to VP LHT USA.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate revenue and high profit from selling or licensing patented or proprietary heat transfer technologies such as HELIXCHANGER® heat exchanger, Lummus Advanced Breech-lock Exchanger, Polaris Breech-lock closure and other special heat exchanger designs
- Understanding client needs and influencing client decisions on product capabilities
- Identify, develop and commercialize new products and offerings in the unfired heat-transfer area in close cooperation with other BU’s
- Identify and conclude cooperation or partnership agreements with third party technology providers and fabricators
- Provide technical heat transfer support to all the process technologies business units
- Manage a team of highly skilled Thermal and Mechanical Engineers as well as Business Development Manager's in different offices (US, EU and IN)
- Establish a productive working relationship with various stake holders in the company
- Successful leadership and management of identified projects
- Travel on a regular basis

**Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**:

- Bachelor of Science in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10+ years of general experience in the Oil & Gas or petrochemical industry or in the fabrication of process equipment for the Oil & Gas industry
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing business or product lines
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing international and multi-cultural teams
- Experience in heat exchanger sales in an international environment will be a plus
- Knowledge of and experience in heat transfer equipment for the global refining and petrochemical industry
- Ability to adapt to and quickly understand the key factors of the markets and the customer’s needs
- Strategic thinking/acting, with mid/long-term vision
- Ability to develop product and market strategies to achieve results and company goals
- Ability to create and manage teams and grow their individuals
- Strong communicator with excellent written and oral communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills
- High degree of self-motivation and energy; results oriented; positive thinker
- Ability to handle complex and multi-tasking assignments without or with little support showing ability to make decisions in line with management and Company guidelines and values
