**What You’ll Do**:
As a **Call Agent**, you will engage with potential customers over the phone. These customers have already requested quotes through our website, so **no cold calling**—instead, you guide them through the process with enthusiasm and product knowledge.
- Handle calls professionally.
- Follow a structured call script while _personalizing _conversations.
- Work both independently and as part of a close-knit, multilingual team.
- Strive for quality conversations to maximize conversions and earn performance-based bonuses.

**Who You Are**:

- Fluent in **French** and **English** (knowledge of a third language such as Spanish, German, Italian, Dutch, or Portuguese is a plus).
- A strong communicator with **persuasive skills** and a customer-focused approach.
- Sales-driven and motivated by **achieving targets**.
- Flexible and able to **adapt to different shifts**.
- Available on short notice.

**Your Work Schedule**:
You’ll work in shifts of **6 to 8 hours**, scheduled across **morning, afternoon, evening, and weekends**. Our office hours are:

- **Monday-Friday**: 09:00 - 21:00
- **Saturday-Sunday**: 10:00 - 18:00

**What We Offer**:

- A **part-time or full-time** role with an **initial 12-month contract** (possibility of extension).
- **Competitive salary**: €2,200 - €3,200 per month (depending on hours and bonuses).
- **Performance-based bonus** per qualified lead.

- Work **18 to 40 hours per week**, based on your availability.

- **On-the-job training**—no call center experience required, just motivation and a willingness to learn Match4markets provides all the necessary trainings

**Who We Are**:
Match4Markets has been operating for **14 years** and is located in a **bright and modern office** just **1 minute from Leiden Central Station**. Our **multilingual teams** cover the **French, Italian, Dutch, Spanish, English, and Portuguese** markets. Each team consists of about **10** **colleagues**, many of whom speak multiple languages and can support different markets when needed.
