**Job description**:
As Hhoya continues to experience rapid growth, we are actively seeking a talented and experienced Logistics Coordinator with expertise in stock planning to strengthen our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics and stock planning activities while providing essential support to key departments, including Customer Services, Finance, and Supply Chain Management. Your contribution will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest operational standards as Hhoya expands its global reach.

**Responsibilities**

Operational Management:

- Support the Manager of Logistics and Supply Chain Director.
- Coordinate 3PL logistics, warehousing, and transportation.
- Manage full-cycle inbound and outbound logistics operations.
- Process multimodal shipments efficiently.

Strategic and Process Improvement:

- Assist with the 3PL RFQ process and support 3PL implementations.
- Request competitive quotes from various carriers.
- Maintain logistics metrics, analyze data, and implement performance improvements.
- Evaluate and verify logístical invoices and related services.

Inventory and Stock Control:

- Monitor stock levels, delivery lead times, and validate logistics costs.
- Organize warehouse value-added services like labeling goods and processing special shipments.
- Plan and oversee incoming and outgoing deliveries.

Customer Service and Issue Resolution:

- Resolve logístical issues and customer complaints proactively.
- Manage claims and returns efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.

Compliance and Reporting:

- Ensure all logistics activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, guidelines, and BRC standards.
- Meet cost targets, ensure productivity, and assist in reporting on 3PL KPIs.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with adjacent departments such as Customer Services, Finance, and Supply Chain to align logistics operations with company objectives.

By fulfilling these responsibilities, the Logistics Coordinator will play a critical role in maintaining smooth operations and driving Hhoya's continued success.

**Requirements**:

- International business logistics coordination and stock planning experience is required.
- Distribution or trading working background.
- Food, beverage, pharma, chemicals industry working experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, planning or having the relevant experience.
- A minimum of 1-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management ERP software, preferably SAP B1
- Proficiency in the English language
- Outstanding analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Result driven
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Fast learning capability
