Project Coordinator

What will you do?
As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the Project Manager and support the execution of various projects. You will be part of the execution team and play a key role in the technical preparation and coordination of multiple projects.
**Your tasks include**:

- Preparing technical documentation, such as CAD and P&E drawings and technical reports, with a focus on accuracy and specifications.
- Coordinating and optimizing project phases in collaboration with designers, representatives, and colleagues.
- Setting up simple splash pads on an ad-hoc basis.
- Managing and ordering small materials for projects.
- Answering technical customer inquiries and resolving incidents to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize technical and operational processes.
- Organizing and keeping weekly project meetings up to date.
- Organizing internal and external project kick-off meetings, including documentation and maintaining the project action list.
- Monitoring agreements, project transitions from preparation to execution, and ensuring quality standards.
- Attending construction and work meetings as needed.
- Preparing and monitoring budget realizations.
- Developing project schedules.
- Maintaining project administration.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Project Coordinator with a proactive, independent, and results-oriented mindset. You understand how to coordinate technical processes and have an eye for detail and quality.
**Job requirements**:

- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Insight into realization processes within construction and renovation, preferably with water attractions such as splash pads (water play areas), water slides, and (steel) structures.
- A completed MBO or HBO degree.
- Relevant work experience in technical project coordination.
- Strong communication skills, flexibility, customer-oriented, and quality-conscious.
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to travel if required.
- Decisive, stress-resistant, and responsible.
- Able to work both independently and in a team.
- Structured approach with an eye for detail and quality.
- Innovative and solution-oriented, with insight into realization costs and cost control.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Proficiency in German, both spoken and written, or a willingness to learn it quickly.
- Knowledge of norms, guidelines, and regulations.
