What will you do?
As a Project Coordinator, you are the link between preparation and execution. Together with the Project Manager, you ensure that projects run smoothly and are technically well-organized.
**Your tasks include**:

- Preparing technical documentation (such as CAD and M&E drawings and reports), with attention to detail and specifications.
- Coordinating project phases in collaboration with designers, representatives, and colleagues.
- Occasionally initiating simple splash pad projects independently.
- Managing and ordering small materials for projects.
- Answering technical client questions and resolving incidents.
- Contributing to process improvements within the execution team.
- Organizing and maintaining weekly project meetings.
- Scheduling and recording internal and external project kick-off meetings.
- Monitoring agreements and transitions from preparation to execution.
- Ensuring quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Attending construction and work meetings (when necessary).
- Preparing and tracking budgets and project timelines.
- Maintaining accurate project administration.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Project Coordinator who can oversee and coordinate technical implementation processes. You work independently, handle stress well, and can switch easily between different projects and disciplines.
**What we ask of you**:

- 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Completed vocational or bachelor’s degree (MBO or HBO).
- Experience with technical project coordination, preferably in construction or the installation of aquatic attractions.
- Insight into implementation processes for splash pads, water slides, or (steel) structures.
- Strong communication skills, customer-oriented and flexible.
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to travel when needed.
- Stress-resistant, responsible, and results-oriented.
- Independent yet a true team player.
- Attention to detail and quality, with a structured approach.
- Innovative, solution-oriented, and financially aware of project costs.

**Bonus if you also**:

- Speak German or are willing to learn it soon.
- Have knowledge of relevant standards, guidelines, and regulations.
