**You and your job**

As a Medior Data Scientist, you'll work on the design, development, and deployment of advanced Generative AI solutions that deliver exceptional value to our customers. You’ll be at the forefront of creating AI-powered systems that help solve complex challenges, streamline processes, and unlock new opportunities. We need someone who can dive deep into data, work with generative models and create scalable, responsible solutions.

- Work directly with (internal) customers to learn how processes and systems work.
- Be accountable for building responsible and cost effective GenAI solutions for millions of customers.
- Executing the building of re-usable blocks, which can be used by 100+ tech teams.
- Collaborate with team members to solve critical or complex problems.

**You and your talent**
- You have at least 2 or more years of experience working as a Data Scientist or in a similar field
- You have strong programming skills (software engineering experience is a plus) and are proficient in Python
- You are skilled in Git and CI/CD pipeline development.
- You have experience with ETL processes, data pipelines, databases (SQL and NoSQL), and data lakes
- You have experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
- You have expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning and deep learning.
- You have a solid understanding of NLP and LLMs. Experience in working with Generative AI (OpenAI, prompting, etc) is a strongly encouraged.
- You have experience in model deployment, performance tuning, and monitoring leveraging MLOps/DevOps.
- You have a passion for building and bringing to production clean, well-structured, maintainable and testable solutions.
- You have experience of making sure components can be re-used and standardized to support scale
- You are curious by heart and experienced in collaboration with customers.
- You communicate well in the English language (both spoken and written).
