**About the Role**
- As an **EHS & Quality Assurance Manager** at Goodyear, you will play a key role in leading and executing Environmental, Health, Safety (EHS) and Quality strategies within our manufacturing facility. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you will oversee the implementation of corporate and local initiatives to ensure compliance with EHS regulations and quality standards.
- You will not manage a direct team but will act as a key business partner, coordinating closely with internal stakeholders and regional experts to drive continuous improvement. The role is on-site and requires a hands-on, proactive mindset. You will also contribute to cost optimization efforts and help foster a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

**To Join Our Team, You Will Need**An engineering background and a Bachelor's degree in environmental/safety, mechanical, or technical engineering
(Master’s degree or relevant certifications such as CSP, CHMM, CIH considered an asset)-
3-5 years of experience in Health & Safety and Quality, ideally within a manufacturing setting-
Strong potential to grow and develop within the organization-
Excellent organizational and communication skills-
Strong analytical mindset and computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office-
Knowledge of ISO 18001, 14001, 9001-
A hands-on approach to problem solving, with resilience and attention to detail-
Ability to collaborate across functions and influence without direct authority-
