**Become a Warehouse Team Leader**
As an experienced warehouse professional, you are not afraid to make decisions, know how to stay flexible in a fast-paced environment, and—together with another team leader—take the team to the next level. Together, you will lead 5-10 colleagues in a safe, structured, and results-oriented work environment.
- Lead, coach, and guide warehouse employees.
- Work hands-on in receiving, storing, order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Manage inventory and identify discrepancies.
- Ensure safety and quality in accordance with strict procedures.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
Wie ben je?
**Requirements**:
- English and Dutch speaking, or fluent in English.
- MBO-level education or equivalent thinking and working level.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a warehouse role.
- Leadership or coordinating experience.
- Accurate, stress-resistant, and strong communication skills.
- Safety-conscious and quality-oriented.
Waar ga je werken?
You will be working at an organization that specializes in lifesaving equipment required on, among other things, large seagoing vessels.

**What We Offer**
- Salary between €3,000 - €3,700 gross per month.
- Full-time position with the prospect of a direct contract with the client.
- Work in a close-knit team alongside an experienced co-team leader.
