In restaurant Noord, the breathtaking view from the 32nd floor determines what goes on your plate. Each dish is composed of fresh, local ingredients sourced within the panoramic range of restaurant Noord. Discover the essence of fine dining, intertwined with the flavours of the region. With its unique location at 110 metres above sea level, the breathtaking views reach over 37 km. Combined with the open kitchen, this means that with us, ‘what you see is what you get’. Here, you don't only see where your food comes from, but each dish also forms a tangible connection between our kitchen and the endless horizon. The extensive wine list will offer endless option to our guests, together with the wine pairings offered.

Maritim Hotel Amsterdam is located in the lively Overhoeks district in the centre of Amsterdam, the perfect location for exploring everything the city has to offer. A 33-storey building in Amsterdam’s skyline, the iconic building on the IJ River has a total of 52.000 square meters, with 579 bedrooms spread across different categories but all with breathtaking views of the city, including a 340-square-metre presidential suite on the 31st floor.

The hotel’s grand event hall, the Maritim, can accommodate 2.200 people, and the second biggest event hall, the Amsterdam, has space for another 1.100 people. Another 23 conference rooms of various sizes complete the portfolio of this hotel. The facilities on the first three floors are large enough to accommodate a total of 4.400 guests.

Both guests and locals can enjoy our national and international cuisines in four vibrant restaurants. Restaurant Kazue introduces a unique Japanese shared-dining concept, while Wiener Café offers an Austrian à-la-carte experience. Restaurant Loef is our buffet restaurant, and Noord Rooftop Restaurant & Bar is our fine-dining establishment on the 32nd & 33rd floor of the hotel with breathtaking views over Amsterdam.
