To fuel this next growth spurt, we’re on the hunt for a traffic manager that can ensure that all assets needed for growth are created on time and in full.

The Traffic Manager sits at the center of our creative operations, translating a steady stream of crossfunctional requests into clear, achievable schedules. You will manage project flow in Monday, balance competing priorities, and ensure every asset, from campaign imagery to quickturn B2C content, delivers on time and to brief. Success in this position means consistent clarity for stakeholders and a creative team that can focus on excellent work instead of constant firefighting and trying to meet last-minute deadlines.

**JUST THE JOB**
- Project intake & planning
- Screen and refine incoming briefs; confirm scope, timing, and resource requirements.
- Workflow management
- Track tasks through concept, design, copy, production, approvals, and delivery, flagging risks early.
- Reassign resources or resequence milestones when priorities shift, safeguarding both deadlines and quality standards.
- Stakeholder communication
- Lead concise status meetings; provide transparent updates on progress, risks, and next steps.
- Facilitate solutionoriented discussions when workload exceeds capacity, presenting alternative approaches or timelines.
- Process optimisation
- Document and refine standard operating procedures as the studio scales.
- Capacity planning & resourcing
- Forecast upcoming demand, propose freelance or vendor support when required, and manage associated budgets.
- Partner with People & Finance teams on headcount or outsourcing recommendations.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- 4-6 years of experience in traffic, project, or operations management within an agency or inhouse creative/marketing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate priorities, influence senior stakeholders, and communicate clearly under deadline pressure.
- Familiarity with creative production workflows; design, copy, photography, and video. A working understanding of men’s apparel or consumer goods is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills; able to balance datadriven decisions with creative nuance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable leading meetings and producing succinct status reports.

- Campaign and always on deliverables consistently meet agreed timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Stakeholders have realtime visibility into project status and feel confident in the studio’s capacity.
- Resource utilisation is balanced, with proactive plans in place for peak periods.
- Continuous improvement initiatives (automations, process documents, dashboards) reduce administrative overhead for the creative team.
