As a Manager Compliance you drive our projects, lead our teams and coach our talents. **Your profile**:
- 6+ years of practical experience in banking or consulting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proven track record in delivering complex projects and managing risks.
- Team leadership and people development experience.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
