When customers open an account, you will oversee and manage the onboarding process, ensuring that all necessary information is requested and accurately entered into our system. This is crucial given the legal and regulatory requirements we must comply with. This role involves significant translation and writing tasks. You will be responsible for accurately translating documents between Finnish and English, as well as creating high-quality written content. In addition to these duties, you will also participate in various projects within the department.
