**Role Overview**
As an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager, you will oversee EHS policies and programs across the Benelux Commercial HVAC Service and Carrier Marine organizations. You will work across field service, sales operations, and support functions, ensuring compliance with local laws, corporate standards, and supporting Carrier’s mission to protect people, stakeholders, and the environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead EHS compliance and strategy across Benelux HVAC Service and Marine operations.
- Develop and implement EHS plans aligned with business goals.
- Support and coach management teams on EHS responsibilities and best practices.
- Develop operational controls and deploy additional policies where needed.
- Oversee incident investigations, ensuring root causes are identified and preventive measures are implemented.
- Manage subcontractor EHS compliance and performance.
- Lead and deliver EHS training programs.
- Conduct regular audits and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
- Report on EHS performance to management and contribute to continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in EHS, Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive EHS experience in construction, field service, or manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in building services, construction, and preferably marine industries.
- Certified Middelbaar Veiligheidskundige.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Strong leadership skills, able to influence and motivate cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience managing subcontractor EHS compliance.
- Background in EHS training and development.
- Familiarity with EHS strategy deployment and performance monitoring.
- Experience in the HVAC or Marine industry.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
