To drive the change towards reducing their global carbon footprint at Smart Airport Systems we accompany them in introducing a cutting-edge technology called Taxibot.

We are looking for a skilled service technician that will oversee the commissioning, maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting of these vehicles.

Supported by a dynamic team, this key position will play a crucial role in the success of the project to help aviation shifting to greener future.

**MAINLY ACTIVITIES**:

- Commissioning of new equipment: configure, and test systems to ensure they meet operational requirements
- Ensure preventive maintenance is performed according to manufacturer plans
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently to resolve technical issues
- Offer technical guidance and support to resolve customer inquiries
- Provide hands-on training to customers on system operation and maintenance
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and on-site assistance
- Participate to our product improvement by sharing the field experience and customer feedback
- Coordinate third parties’ activities works to ensure quality and efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and service activities.

After the successful completion of this solution introduction, you will support the fleet scale up by providing technical support to our clients and their technical subcontractors, acting as a coordinator.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role, preferably in airport systems, transportation or industrial equipment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulics and embedded systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

**SKILLS & ABILITIES**:

- Fluent in English speaking
- Fluent in Dutch speaking
- Problem-solving abilities
- Communication skills
- Citizen : Valid driver’s license & valid passport.
