ON THAT ASS is one of the fastest growing companies in the Netherlands and Europe. With our innovative concept, we reach more and more people and make sure they receive a unique pair of boxer shorts every month. Meanwhile, we already deliver to 18 countries and this number will only increase in the coming years. Therefore, we are looking to strengthen our German-speaking team.

**What will you be doing?**

As an ON THAT ASS colleague, you are very important You are the business card of our company and for our members. You always know how to put a positive spin on a sometimes difficult conversation. You will build a relationship with our members and make sure that every conversation ends with a satisfied member. Together with our team, we aim for 100% customer satisfaction and you are an important link in this process. Your duties include:

- Maintaining good contact with our members and together with your team ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction;
- To provide a listening ear in conversations that are sometimes difficult;
- Translating content and vacancies;

**Who are you?**

We are looking for a new colleague who gets energy from contact with our members. Your enthusiasm and positivity can come across on screen and together with your team you go for the highest possible result. The bar is high and you are able to be your best self. You enjoy working on several things at the same time and can switch well between different tasks. Experience in a similar position is useful, but personality and perseverance are much more important to us. We do not look at a piece of paper but at a person. Furthermore, you have the following skills:

- You speak and write fluent and flawless German;
- As well as German, you speak and write Dutch or English;
- You have an enthusiastic writing style;
- You are at least 12 hours a week available;
- You are precise in your work and enjoy working in a team;
- You reside in the Netherlands.
