Add that to the high quality and perfect fit and you can understand why our Italian members don't want to wear anything else For our customer care department, we are looking for Italian-speaking employees who can assist our members flawlessly. You can work next to your studies flexibly on the weekend or evenings. Will you accept this challenge with us?

Together with your international team, you will communicate with our members. The customer care department is available from 08:00 - 22:00. In this position it is possible to work from home.

About You
As a colleague of ON THAT ASS, you must be good at your job, but your personality is even more important We are looking for talented people who fit our team. Colleagues who have the same drive and entrepreneurship as we do. Do you see this in yourself? Nice As our colleague, we expect that you:

  • Speak and write flawless Italian as well as flawless English or Dutch. Multiple languages are also welcome;
  • Have an enthusiastic writing style. You have the talent to make our members enthusiastic via email or message;
  • Are available for at least 12 hours a week;
  • You live in the Netherlands;
  • You have your own laptop or computer with stable internet access.

What will you do?
About
You are an important link within our organization. Our members contact you if they have a question about their boxer shorts, their account, or perhaps they have a question about a payment. All types of questions come through. It is important that you know how to set priorities and keep the ultimate goal in mind. A happy customer Some of your duties will include:

  • Answering emails and messenger messages from our members;
  • Maintaining good contact with our members and together with your team ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction;
  • Lending a listening ear in conversations that can sometimes be difficult;
  • Translating content and vacancies.
