**How You’ll Make An Impact**
- **Qualification**:Qualify leads based on established criteria, assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making process.
- **Needs Analysis**:Conduct a thorough needs analysis to understand customers' unique challenges and requirements related to mobility payments; recommending tailored solutions through a consultative approach.
- **Product Demonstration**:Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the value proposition of WEX Plus and its benefits for businesses.
- Onboarding: Onboard new customers, providing training and support to ensure the successful adoption of WEX Plus.
- **Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and opportunities in Salesforce.
- **Market Research**:Aligned with your growing industry network, stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the mobility payment space.
- **Collaboration**:Cross-functionally collaborate effectively with internal and partner teams, including Marketing, Product, Credit, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless customer experience.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**:Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Support WEX Strategy**:Where required, act as a trusted advisor for other work streams within WEX.
**Experience You’ll Bring**
- Proven experience of success in a full sales cycle role, preferably in the Technology or Financial Services industry.
- Experience selling B2B solutions, with a focus on SaaS or payment solutions, is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-driven.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
