The IPP Mobile team is working on a new chapter of payment solutions. We believe in the future, where payments mean more flexibility and mobility during checkout. Our ambition is to build the most customer-focused software and hardware so businesses can use any device to take payments anywhere in the world. This person will be a leader within the Amsterdam Tech Hub to help create an end-to-end strategy to make our Mobile team successful. This team will be responsible for designing and implementing more significant technical changes. You will also be working closely with the product team to understand and scope changes for our merchants and tackle security and compliance challenges. As the engineering manager_,_ you will build, mentor, and coach a diverse, talented team. The payments solution builds integrations at a global scale for in-store and online payments. We make sure that our merchants and partners have a seamless integration with the Adyen platform. You are comfortable streamlining the team's engineering operations, refining product requirements together with product and merchants and encouraging effective collaboration.
