**Business Analyst Intern**

in our dynamic Analytics, Insights & Transformation (AI&T) department. You'll collaborate with experienced professionals and work directly with business leaders across Kramp Group, helping to solve some of the most complex challenges we face.

The Business Analysts are the core problem-solving capability of Kramp. Sitting within the Analytics, Insights, & Transformation (AI&T) department, Business Analysts will work directly with business leaders across Kramp Group and the Markets in order to identify, triage, and solve the most challenging business issues faced by Kramp.

**What is your role?**
- Collect business requirements using a variety of methods such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis to express the requirements in terms of target user roles and goals.
- Conduct research using primary data sources and select information needed for the analysis of key themes and trends.
- Interpret the business need and identify solution recommendations to business problems at a business unit level.
- Deliver small-scale or medium-scale projects while working within an established program management plan.

**Who are you?**

For this job we have a couple of requirements:

- You are a bachelor or master student with a strong interest in data, strategy consulting and business process improvement
- You have a keen interest in technology, financial analysis, market research, and user-centric design principles.
- You have a basic proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and a plus would be a visualization software like Tableau or Power BI.
- You possess excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and project management.
