Box Sociaal is een brunch
- en dinerrestaurant van hoge kwaliteit en hoog tempo dat gepassioneerd is in alles wat het doet. Voor ons dynamische keukenteam in Rotterdam zijn wij op zoek naar een gelijkgestemde Chef de partie. Als Chef de partie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van je eigen gedeelte in de keuken en zorg je ervoor dat alle gerechten volgens de hoogste normen worden bereid en gepresenteerd.

Het team is belangrijk voor ons, daarom zijn we momenteel niet op zoek naar ZZP’ers.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

- Bereid voor, kook en presenteer je gerechten op jouw partie
- Train en begeleid junior koks en keukenpersoneel die aan je partie zijn toegewezen
- Zorg ervoor dat de keuken schoon en georganiseerd is en dat alle voedselbereidingen voldoen aan de HACCP
- Beheer de inventaris en bestel benodigdheden voor jouw partie
- Assisteren bij menuplanning en -ontwikkeling
- Werk samen met andere koks en keukenpersoneel om ervoor te zorgen dat gerechten tijdig en volgens de gewenste standaard worden bereid en gepresenteerd
- Volg het beleid voor kostenbeheersing en portionering
- Draag bij aan het algehele succes van de keuken door samen te werken met andere koks en keukenpersoneel

Box Sociaal is a high quality, fast-paced brunch and dinner restaurant that is passionate about everything it does. We are seeking a like-minded Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team in Rotterdam. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing your own section of the kitchen and ensuring that all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.

Team is important to us so we are not currently looking for any ZZP positions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, cook and present dishes in your section of the kitchen
- Train and supervise junior chefs and kitchen staff assigned to your section
- Ensure that the kitchen is clean and organised, and that all food preparation and cooking meets food hygiene and safety standards
- Manage inventory and order supplies for your section of the kitchen
- Assist with menu planning and development
- Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that dishes are prepared and presented in a timely manner and to the desired standard
- Adhere to food cost control and portion control policies
- Contribute to the overall success of the kitchen by working collaboratively with other chefs and kitchen staff
